1.1. Hi Tech Auto Service offers a range of automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle inspections.

1.2. All services will be carried out by skilled technicians who will employ professional practices and quality materials.

2. Estimates and Charges

2.1. Prior to commencing work, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of the anticipated costs. The final invoice may vary if additional repairs or parts are necessary, and we will promptly inform you of any such changes.

2.2. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

3. Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up

3.1. You are responsible for delivering your vehicle to our facility during our regular business hours.

3.2. If you are unable to collect your vehicle immediately upon completion of services, please inform us in advance to arrange a later pick-up time. A storage fee may apply for prolonged storage.

4. Warranty

4.1. Hi Tech Auto Service provides a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise specified. The warranty period initiates from the date of service.

4.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for furnishing accurate information regarding your vehicle and its condition.

5.2. Promptly notify us of any changes or issues with your vehicle during or after the service.

6. Liability

6.1. Hi Tech Auto Service assumes no liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle, personal belongings, or injuries to individuals while your vehicle is under our care, except when attributable to our negligence.

6.2. You are responsible for maintaining proper insurance coverage and vehicle registration.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Information collected and stored by us is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.

8. Termination

8.1. We retain the right to terminate our services if you fail to adhere to these Terms or for any other valid reason.
